how come no 1 is serious about meets
ive been comin 2 meets since mid last year at first there was alota ppl , it motivated me 2 come 2 but recently its gettin low to none last week i went and no 1 was there , i dono if its the cold or wut, its fun,exciting and motivative when theres alotta ppl..........
We are we have stockton,modesto,manteca - more like a bunch of good buddies we are heading to that house saterday even bringing the wifes and crap lol.

That sums it up right there. When it's warm, everyone will be out. We had nice turn outs last summer on most weekends.
It's cold out and they are pulling over anything with a modded exhaust these days. RPM or drinking is on tap for my Saturday nights for the next few months 8)
I'm the first person to do a 180 in mid air at RPM.

Oh and the Cops were out here yesterday pulling over EVERY import with a shiny muffler on it for "random noise violation checks" I talked to the cop he said that they were doing a noise sweep....... :shock: yea right........hmm on Sunrise blvd (one of the main streets leading to Sac raceway) on Wednesday afternoon.. Yea well they towed about a dozen imports and nothing else.
they got two 2g's also they were WAYYYY riced out, huge wings, taillights, fart cans on 420a's are louder that sh%&
the rest were honudahs,
I don't care what anybody says, the Police in Sacramento are profiling imports PERIOD.
If I can drive a prostreet 9 second Nova with 4" side exit exhaust and NO MUFFLERS down sunrise right next to a Cop and get a thumbs up from him, thats more proof than I will even need
Yea a 66 Nova does not need to pass smog or have any carb numbers but that car is WAYYYY louder than 98db
I am putting a black powder coated magnaflow on the 240 just so I don't have to deal with the Cholice

that sums it all up, plus my car is still toast. HAHAHA. Otherwise I'd be down. Soon enough though, and I'll be on the streets getting tickets and court dates again. Until then, I'll push my rat bastard bmw and never get pulled over for anything.

I'll start coming out again when its warm :D Law Enforcement doesn't help us much with the turnout size either.. damn at taco bell one time we had soooooo many DSM's. I bet in the Summer us creatures will come out of our shells and show up to the meets :D
