Replace that blue coupler with a black one. Colors make them look hard learned from experience on that.

Yeah the engine bay needs some help but that's normal once you hit up meets your kinda forced to clean crap up abit.. I do miss my Talon and Eclipse but the 954RR fixes my need for speed easy :P

Yea, the engine bay's pretty shitty... it's been sitting collecting dust for way too long. I just moved out of my ghetto apartments, so I have a place to work on it now, but it takes me forever to get things done (or get around to them - but that's how it goes sometimes). It also looks better with the aftermarket MAF, BOF, etc. I also have a 1st gen intake I want to install.

Anyway, I got the air box, hooked that up, and got rid of the catch can. I haven't gotten to the smog shop yet, but think I'll try and do that this week. I'll keep y'all posted.

Failed the sniffer. My HCs were 120 (100 allowed). I am suspicious of my questionable quality old ass aftermarket cat.

But I found a place (less than a block from my new house) where the guy wasn't all freaked out by my intercooler (I did have to inform him that they were allowed on cars with original turbos, and he looked up and verified that point) and didn't give me a bunch of shit about my stupid 3" fart can sounding exhaust pipe.

So, unless someone has a spare laying around, I think I need a new cat - and was thinking if it didn't cost too much more, now might be a good time to get a real muffler. Then I should pass, and FINALLY get a license plate and tags.

I would drive it on the freeway for some time to get cat hot and I bet it will pass then.

My cat was old and unknown. I'd never smogged with it. I replaced that and my HCs dropped to 12. Passed the smog test with no problems. Now, where's the best place to get a new clutch, cause the center force dual friction I have started slipping really bad while I was warming the cat, and I barely made it home from the smog shop.
