Default idle rising as temp rises

Okay, so my idle was WAY too high as of tuesday and I was wasting too much gas doing that. FIAV was allowing 2500 rpm and when it got warm it only dropped to 1800 rpm. BISS adjust didn't help any. I blocked off the ISC and FIAV tuesday night and adjusted the BISS so it idled at 750, but that was when it was still cold. Now that i've driven it for 2 days, as it gets warmer, the idle rises. It's steady, so I'm not getting idle creep, but every time I stop the car as I drive, the idle is a little bit higher. so far it's gotten as high as 1250 or so. This is really wierd. Any help?

Here is some info to help ya out. Try to get that TPS dialed in. Do you have any type of Logger? Know ya did your timing - did you check it again with the timing gun? to see what your base is sitting at?

    ISCPosition 30 (at idle)
    LearnedIdleAdj 140 (at idle)
    LTFT Lo x→0, (0 5)
    LTFT Mid x→o, (0 5)
    Front02 cycles around .5 (.05-.95)
    RawThrotPos 32
    ThrotPos if: idle, 0
    WOT, 100
    TPSvolts .63 (when RawThrotPos = 32)
