    Default random misfire part 2

    ok on my 1g i have learned that my car is misfiring at idle..but not when the key is in the ignition, it only seems to misfire after i take the key out and the turbo timer is on...any ideas why??

    i don't know it only does it occasionally it doesn't do it all the time...last night it did it but then this morning i started the car and left it on for 10 min to warm up and it didn't do it at all...i don't know i'm confused...

    check your spark plugs and your coil pack. also make sure that the injectors are properly sealed and functioning they way they should.

    Could be just random that it seems to happen when the turbo timer is on.. Make sure the connection is tight and clean to your Transistor pack too..

    Also when you wire in a turbo timer make sure you are providing power to both of the Ignition channels :) If you dont your fans will not run and who knows what else..

    Edit.. Most mongoloids at most random speed shops that install those things DONT wire them up correctly.. Make sure your fan(s) stay on after you pull the key..
