covertable top not goin all the way down

hi i got 2g gst spyder the top works and goes down 80% but it gets stuck wud not go down further need help , never let any1 borow ur car.

let me guess... they opened it while the car was moving?

check all of the components and make sure nothing is bent or out of place. that is the only thing i can think of because i don't own a vert.

lol ya i think so wut a dumb ass , anywayz thanks man thats wut i thought ill check it out . i had his g35 i cud have done some donuts too but i treat other ppl stuff like my own stuff if u know wut i mean.

This is common on the verts... Look about where the door windows roll up to the top, right about the middle there, there should be a bar that connects the crossbeam (goes across the middle of the top) to the convertible assembly(the part that folds it up)

This bar usually gets bent, and then your top won't close right. If you go to dsmtuners, do a search, there's all kinds of info on how to fix it. If it's not too bad you might not have to get a new top.
