Welp...I put it all back together and it fired right up. I have no idea what was changed so I can't post a definite response for anyone to reference in the future. Hopefully it won't leave me stranded one of these days as well. The only thing I did was adjust the clutch pedal. The funny thing is thats the last thing I adjusted after I started the car and then drove it and then it wouldn't work...don't see why that would have anything to do with it though.

Well I fooled around with it some more and cannot figure out what was causing it not to start so bleh. If at some point I figure it out I'll post and let everyone know. While I was reinstalling the clutch I noticed this on my front motor mount...it might be normal but I don't remember if it was there or not before I did the front poly mount a few months ago.

Looks like crap to me but I might not know what I'm talking about...=).

Also, since I put the rear mount in the car vibrates like hell at idle so I was thinking of bumping it up ~200 rpms because that seems to smooth it out. Is it necessary to ground all the crap that the manual says and then do a rain dance and fly then try to adjust the BISS screw or can I just go ahead and adjust it without any problems?

    Thanks for all the help.

Have you checked that all your ground straps were tight and have good connections? A bad ground could cause INNUMERABLE problems with any car, but especially with newer cars like ours.

Yeah I thought it might be a ground issue but I didn't clean anything so I dunno. The wierd thing with the mount was when I initially put in the front poly mounts I had over tightened it and then when I found out what the correct torque specs were, torqued it to them so maybe I messed it up when I over tightened it. Maybe I should get a new one or pick up a good used one?

Yes the starters do suck, I've replaced mine about two years ago and I believe it is the starter again but I'm not totally sure. About once in every ten starts, the starter won't respond. It won't crank at all, it'll just click. After a couple of tries eventually it'll start like nothing is wrong, it won't struggle at all when it actually turnsover.

I had to replace it before because it was making this weird scratching noise every time I started the car. That problem is gone but now there is this on going problem.
