    Default my 2 cents

i recently had to replace the block in my 92 GST, my god what a pain in the ass that was.
first off i have to say to everyone looking into buying a 4G63T engine DO NOT go through
Engine World! i did, had it shipped to me, took off the water pump and what did i find, the entire inside corrodid and gunk and mud filled to the rim, they obiously didn't do any of the tests
that they said they had done. Needless to say the engine was only good for an ancor. Had to rebuild it and ship it back. then went through Rising Sun Engines out of Chico and they were far
overpriced(1450$ for the block only) but i didn't have a choice. Block was fine and looked almost brand new, my compliments for that. Anyways the rest went fairly smoothly, but im still trying to get all the money i paid for the first engine back. It was all worth it though as soon as i put in the key and fired it up, must have love for the dsm

oh yeah, i also put in a couple of CompCams Stage2 and i love em!

Welcome to Sac DSM and thanks for the review! I think my2awds put those same cams in his 90 GSX recently and he put down 402whp over at Marco Performance so they definitely get the job done.
