    Default greddy products are shit

if you want to save your self some head ache then dont buy anything from greddy. every part i have that is theirs has problems. which leads me to why im so pissed off. some of you know that my car has been having overheating problems. well during test in trying to find the problem the car got too hot and blew a head gasket. so i just got my car all back together and went for a test drive. guess what it still gets hot, but not as fast because the heads sealed. anyways to make a long story short. i bought one of thier 22lb radiator caps for my car a while back when i did the valve job. well the piece of crap wasn't sealing and it was leaking fluid past the cap. it was holding like 2-3 lbs of pressure. i ran to kragen and got a 16lb cap and drove the car. guess what. it didn't get hot. i'll be writing them a nice email in a little bit. i also had to modify the boost controller solonoid that i got from them because it wasn't bleeding off enough pressure so my wastegate would never open up. please do not buy anything from greddy.

where'd u get this radiator cap? might be a fake ebay one.... but if youre sure its legit, im definitely not going to buy their radiator cap since im actually looking for one. power enterprises also offers a radiator cap for about the same price. another option is ARC but $30 might seem a little high.

i didn't get it from ebay. i've also talked to several shop owners who also have had problems with greddy products and say they wont buy them anymore. my advice is to stay away from anything besides their exhaust. can't really build those wrong, they are just metal pipe.

yes i have one a ralli art cap, its used in there rally evo so if that doenst hold for you, then i dont know what will.

me myself think you just got a bad batch of greddy products, because i have never had nothing wrong with my greddy products, their proven and tested by higher horse power cars than ours....

but sometimes when a company makes a name for themselves there products sometimes decline in quality because they already have a name for themselves, also what boost controller do you have?? because i know for sure the new ones are crap the best one to get is the old profec b
