Thread: Batteraziez?

Anyone know where I can pick up an Optima Blue Top (model D34M) around here? I was gonna buy it on ebay but I'll probably end up paying the same after shipping that I would pay to get it right away here. Bout time to pull my car out again and the battery was dead so I need to get another one here in the next couple of weeks...so any recommendations?

Arent the blue tops marine batteries for boats?

Hah, I knew someone was gonna bring that up. Thats what they are made for...but the specs are exactly the same on the D34M as one of the Red/Yellow tops. They just put a blue cover on it. I've been over that a million times and had a thread on tuners about it and everything so I know it will work. Now I just would like to find a place local that sells em for a decent price.

Welp, I went to Sears at Arden and the lady said that the D34M Blue Tops are nationally back ordered, and the one at Florin doesn't have any either...anyone else know any places that might have em?

yeah had a marine battery too,but it wasnt optima, it was some kind from kragen. when i went in for a new one, they tried telling me it was bad for my car. so i just got a different one


but try the battery store off of sunrise and greenback. its right next to the les schwab. im pretty sure they will have it.

That place is called Batteries Plus. As far as carrying car battery's in general, I have no idea :)

there ya go, thanks shane. yeah they have car batterys, my friend bought a red top optima from there a while back.
