Default I need help bad!!! 1993 Eagle Talon

I have a 1993 Eagle Talon TSi Turbo AWD with a dogbox racing tranny. First and foremost I would like to say I have had nothing but problems with this car since I bought it, however, I have had the opportunity to drive this amazing car at its best and fell I love with it instantly (even before I drove it) But, I am almost at my wits end with it and damn close to selling it off but I SOOOO don't want to because I know the potential this car has. My problem is I am losing coolant. But!! Here's the catch..NO visible leaks!!! Everything is tight. New water pump, new hoses, new thermostat+gasket. From what I can tell, all the water is boiling up into the overflow and then out of the overflow onto the ground. I've done the burping to make sure it has enough fluid in it but no use still loses it. Tried running without thermostat to see if it was bad, NO USE, still lost it. I'm so done I don't know what else to do. The belts squeak like a son of a bitch for a min and then stops "??WTF??" and in my adventure to fix this coolant problem the last run I took in it to ATTEMPT to burp it, heard the lifters tapping like a son of a bitch and the timing is off (i think dunno) it does like 0-60 in like 10 minutes now so that why I think the timing is off. It did the same lifter shit and timing shit two weeks ago but had it fixed..now its doing it again. If you have ANY ideas, ANY help...PLEASE let me in on your secrets...I live in Vallejo, CA looking to be able to make it to SAC every night day you name it I wanna be there, (you may know why) I have to get this thing fixed in a timley cheap manner if possible.

It's a dsm, get used to constant issues.

Is it overheating or getting hotter than normal?

Sounds like the tstat could be stuck closed.

Belts squeak usually because they are too loose. Check that they are tight enough. Could be that they are getting coolant on them, which would probably make them squeak as well.

Lifter tick is normal. However, you may have jumped timing and the noise you are hearing is the valves smacking the pistons....

Need a mod list. There are other things tho know. FMIC will block airflow across radiator. BIG turbo IE: 50trim + will push coolant without ever overheating until the level is too low to cool. Lean AFR will heat soak your intire system because it barely functions in stock form so added heat will put it over the edge.

do a flush and if that ain't the problem check your waterpump pulley for play. when you spin it by hand it should have resistance on it. if all else fails try replacing the radiator. mine just went out and waiting on mishimoto.

Stock motor? how many miles? What is your set up? there are a few things we need to know. however, No power, knock, loosing coolant. (the knock is my interpretation of crazy lifter tick as you describe it.) I don't think we have to be a car god to think head gasket.

To deck the head is around 50 bucks. New head gasket and studs 150 with ARP'S? (more if you want a bad ass head gasket, but composite is good and cheap...Don't get an MLS unless you plan to deck the block and head perfectly...as they are not great for sealing imperfections) and put it together. New timing belt since your going to be in there. 350 tops...and a case of beer if you want me to do it! lol.
