Pick a cylinder any cylinder take the piston about halfway down the stroke then insert rope or rubber hose through the sparkplug hole until you can't cram anymore in.(Make sure you leave some out of the hole or you will be in a fix when done :!: ) Turn the crank until it wont turn anymore remove the flywheel bolts lower the piston back down and remove the rope or hose and your done.

To install do the same thing.

Also best to do it on a cylinder thats comming up on comperssion.

Is the engine still in the car? if yes use a 1/2" braker bar and brace it agenst the chassy and then brake the bolts loose. Just rember a BIG 1/2" air impact wrench is your best frend!!

Just insert tranny bolt in your block and use prybar and stick it in flywheel teeth and rest against the bolt its simple and easy.
