Thread: Poert and Polish Smog Question

Hay guys I hope this is not a tripple post as I tried to post though my BlackBerry and it did not go through

I have a 420a and would like to know if anyone has ported polished got an angle job then failed smog as a result of that type of work?

I know I may never have a truly fast car but with Bolt-ons Shift Kit and lots of Carbon Fiber etc.. I should be in the high 15's which is plenty quick for meee!!! : :D

Port/polish work shouldn't effect smog numbers. My ex had a fully ported/polished 3 angle on her 1g and it passed fine. I don't think it effects the amount of exhaust out the tail nor the mixture, so you should be fine.
