    Pick up a GReddy Counter Weight shift knob or a MOMO knob. Both are nice. As far the the girth/length, I think its more of a "what is comfortable to you" type thing

    anything but the stock 1g horsecock shifter!!2gstock shifter feels real nice to us 1gers,i have a top of the line APC shift knob myself,but don't worry it's low key and theclosest i could find to stock 2g look.
