Well got some progress. With the HE any way. I welded 2 plates to the factory HE. 1 flat plate to the top cut to the contour of the inside of the bash gaurd (which is complete whole). I then welded a second plate to the bottom HE with a slight bend on it, this bend it to direct air into the HE and to the radiator. I felt this was needed because my HE is going to be angled slightly to mirror the factory radiator position, and I didn't want this to cause air to pass freely under it. I do still need to fab up side brackets, they are going to block air from diverting around the sides of the HE & radiator and air going to bolt to the car itself.
The next thing I found was that the Bosch pump fits almost perfectly into the factory fuel filter bracket. Too bad I can't fit it on the fire wall do to space issues.
    More to come.
