Default The road to making my GST fast..

Now I know that there are numerous threads on this topic but I figured i would use opportunity to get to know you guys better.
    ANYWAY
I finished building my 2g with a rebuilt 6bolt. I did it myself in my garage. Built not bought

I just finished breaking it in and its pretty quick but I want to make it faster, a nice fast street car without breaking the bank. For example I know dsm link is an indispensable tool but its too much at the moment for me lol so im looking for a guide line, and good and bad experiences you guys have gone through.

    Mods include:
    six-bolt w/14b
    arp head and main studs
    MLS headgasket
    fidanza 8LB. flywheel
    balance shafts gone
built/ polished head;cam ready, ferrera valves, supertech springs, and retainers
port matched intake and exhaust mani.
    home made FMIC
    stock 1G dsm bov
    side mounted oil cooler
    K&N air filter
    3 inch turbo back exhaust
Autometer mechanical oil pressure, boost, and Greddy EGT gauges.
    Apexi pen turbo timer

parts that I have but not installed..
    AVC-R
    HKS twin power ignition module
    AFC 2

So where can I go from here?
Im looking to be reliable and hit the 300-350 FWHP mark. It shouldnt be to difficult right? lol

ditch the AFC/AVC/Ignition module, as well as the turbo timer (useless IMO).

    Get ECMlink.

like Jon said, youll also need fuel, if you plan on sticking with the 14b, then 550's and a 190lph or Evo fuel pump would be sufficient. Youll get way more out of that simple setup with Link than lying to the computer with piggyback crap.

Also Porting the head really doesnt see much gains. Id also consider doing cams with the headwork. Youll see a little gain with porting however if you are looking to have the least amount of "external" engine modifications while getting the most out of the engine itself, its a necessary evil.

you odnt need it unless your turbo is oil cooled only,

your 14b is water and oil cooled. so you really dont need it.

imean i guess you *could* need it if you like driving super hard for extended period of times nad shut the car off right away.

just drive normal the last min of your drive any you will be fine
