due to the fact the car derives most of its handling capability due to the downforce created in the aero package. the only way to get the downforce is at high speeds.

lol youd be surprised how much downforce the Car of Tomorrow makes vs the old car. The new cars are very stable with all the aero package additions, IE the new spoiler in lieu of the old duckbill spoiler, the front splitter, front/side canards, etc.
then again, with 3400lbs, you really dont need much downforce...
