Thread: 92 tsi awd vs. 02 trans am ws6

My car is a 92 Talon awd here are the big mods: Front Mount Intercooler, K&N intake, Apexi 3" downpipe and cat-back, Rebuilt Engine Bored out .40 over, ACT 2600 Clutch, HKS 264/272 Cams, tre tranny, stock 14b @ 13psi on pump gas. His car 02 Trans Am WS6, lid, cat-back, clutch, 4.10 gears. His car put down 323whp 330wtq. We went from a 60 roll. We both started in 3rd gear. By the end of 3rd gear we were side by side. I shifted into 4th and he started to pull, he put a car on me then at like 105 I stopped his pull and we shut down at 110 with him 1 car ahead of me. I am sure I can beat him from a stop if I can launch right, since his car is supposed to own me from a roll.

actually i was down at the street races in sac 3 years ago with my 14b awd and i tore up a ws6 with a 150 shot. i had a couple of mods but it was well tuned.
