skyline vs gsx

Last night I went to in&out on sunrise with my boy vermont and then was on 50 taking him back to folsom. I was in a hurry, so was doing about 100 passing folsom blvd. Then I see these tails......skyline tails. And I think to myself, what're the chances???? Next to none. So I kinda blow it off....and fly right by him.....then I see the car front......skyline front......and I think again......what're the chances???? it looks so legit.....has to be. so I backed off the throttle and let him pace me at about 55mph. At that speed I further checked the car out and pretty much started getting goosebumps. And I look over to vermont and he's like damn......what're the chances. I figure this is a chance that I can't pass up....sure I can't take a skyline in my gsx.....but I'd love to race one just because. (its always been on my list of things to do before I die). So I look over to him and hit my turbo on him.....and he spools back on me.....really clean. then next thing I know, we're down to about 10 mph, completely clear freeway, about 1am. And we're off
I pull about 2 cars on him right off the bat and I'm juiced. Then he kicks on me and pulls up to about my car door. And thats when I start sweatin. We get up to about 115 but by that time he's pulled a car on me cuz he's got crazy top end. We get to prarie city and we both exit the freeway and get to the light. I look over and its all smiles in their car so I figure, aight they're not jerks, so thats cool. I was still really interested in that car. So we make a left and go over the overpass and come to a dead stop. And it was on again....this time, I get him by about a car off the line again, and he pulls about a car on me in the end. Then we both turn into the safeway parking lot and pull over. And he jumps out of the car......and runs over to mine. At this point, I'm not knowing what to expect. He's like dude........your ride is clean......*shock sets in*. Turns out that it isn't a skyline (no duh). The driver says "I was scared to even race you at first......I thought you were a supraTT, but I thought I'd just try to get a decent finish...lol". What it is, is a prelude with a full skyline conversion to the rear, and silvia s14 front, all done widebody, crazy clean. Under the hood, jdm H22 running 6psi. That all being said, I'm still glad he only got me by a car. And thats by far the cleanest prelude I've ever seen. Its one of those things that makes you wanna go home and really hook your whip up.....so next time.....and yes there'll be a next time, next time I gotta get him by a car.

You might see the car sometime out in Rancho, really nice guy, even nicer car. not really a kill story, shoot... I got killed. But I didn't get stomped.

all im wondering is why you only got a car off the line on a fwd?

all I got is the upgraded turbo. Nothing else under the hood.

wow i seen that car round too..looks nice but im not about kits and conversions on hondas..wow it was only at 6psi nice..

I have a hampster on a wheel under mine, connected to a big 16g runs off the hampsters exhaust gases :P I have a button inside that shocks him and makes him run faster, my version of nitrous.

Yea I have seen that car too, prety much all show, It is done CLEAN though!!
just about the ONLY honda I have seen on the street that I give props too, the Wide body kit install is seamless!
But always remember racing a Honda is like running in the Special Olympics, even if you win you'er still retarded!! HAHAAH

Henery from Motorsport Dynamics has THE sickest R33 I have ever seen, and that is in Japan and the US
Midori built (they powder coat all their engine covers GREEN!!) engine puting out around 760hp GREX Sequential 6 speed transmission, ALCON calipers, and a bunch of other CRAZY go fast stuff!

And he drives it!!!

got to love the dealer plate!!!
