Thread: Complete disrespect

First off, no disrespect to all of you car lovers. My old lady ownes a 99 base RS. I'm looking to do a total restoration on the vehicle to stock with very minor mods (suspension), because that's her dream car, but she wants a new car. She's not into the speed and high performance thing. The dsm's deffinately have the best looks.

Back to the subjectline. I noted the 'non-dsm's welcome' for the kill stories. You all have some beautiful rides, I understand the devotion and hard work. I hit the pavement on 2, past, present, and future. I know some of you do as well, so you'll undestand. But to those of you who don't, c'mon, you're not even playing at the same level. Anything on 4 wheels is nothing but a pawn in my world. Every one of you. The only other competition in my world is others on 2. I never aggress a pawn on 4 ever, because it's not worth my time, you guys are nothing but a joke to us; however, we've got you guys always trying to test us, only to be humiliated everytime. (To my buddie on the chatter box "Is this guy serious?LOL"). I've killed everything on 4 that's ever tried me. Not even close. If you guys want to know what real speed is, make the switch. Ditch the cars. If you've got real balls, let's see you hang off the bars at 140+

I have personally never raced a motorcycle because I am fully aware that it is a guaranteed lost. I would assume that people who do attempt to race motorcycles are not racing to win, but rather racing to see how close they can get :D. Although, I am sure there are tons of people out there, who think they can actually beat a motorcycle and they are unaware of the horsepower to weight ratio. Recently one of my friends raced a motorcycle. I am not aware of the specs of the bike he raced, but he kept up with it both times they raced. His car is one of the fastest DSM's in Sacramento. As far as calling us a joke to you..For a car to lose to a bike I wouldn't necessary call it humility, but rather reality and therefore there would be nothing to be humiliated about. Now if one of us lost to a Geo then that would be humility. As far as getting "real balls" and ditching a car for a bike. I tend to stick with common sense which says that it's not if you crash on a bike but when. It definately looks fun and very appealing to ride though. Everyone in my family has had a bike and the all ended up with the same result of almost being killed. Not by there own mistakes but by other drivers on the road being oblivious to there surroundings. Thanks for posting though. And Non-DSM kill stories are always welcome. One quick question for you. How strict is SMOG in NV? Do they do visual inspections as well as the sniffer test?
