Thread: GOT PULLED OVER BY A COP......not pretty

Alright, i went to sac state university to visit some friends and when im in the university drive getting into a parking lot, i see this cop just chillin, i stop at the stop sign and turn right into the parking lot and he follows me...

I start searching for a parking space and the cop turns on his lights and i pull over, behind some cars.

he comes up to me and askes me for my license, insurance and registration.
I show him the paperwork, he goes back to his car and checks it....he comes back and says that my car's registration wasn't payed for by the previous owner and says that i've been driving my car without paying for the previous owners registration....while saying all of this, he's lookin in my car, see's my Eclipse cd player, ported box in the whole hatch area, turbo timer on my steering column, greddy egt and boost gauge on my pillar pod, and some gauges in the center vent....he walks around my car.

He says hes gunna have to tow my car WTF!.......also says that i have a warrant for my arrest..WTF!

i ask why he has to tow my car and he gives me all kinds of weird excuses relating to the previous owner.
I explain to him that i have the 90 day permit because the DMV issued it to me and he says that i cant drive my car since the previous owner didnt pay his registration.....

He says the magic words.........."POP YOUR HOOD SON..."

Im like WTF!!!! What for?

he says, "I want to check to see if you have anything illegally modified.

I say "NO thank you"...... He Got kinda mad and said " What did you say"....

I say "I said no thank you"

he then says....."You know how much trouble you're gettin into by saying that?"

I say "I'll open my hood when you bring me a search warrant for my car, signed by the judge today."

He tries to yell at me and humiliate me infront of everyone walking by....I didn"t back down....i stood my ground.

I tell him I wanna see him get my car towed and impounded.....He tells me not to play smart with him......I say "I ain't gunna let my car get inpounded." After seeing that i wasnt backing down and people were watching him threatening me, he just wrote me up and gives me a $10 fix-it ticket for having the dealer plates on my car.

I can tell this guy wanted to get my car impounded with all his passion....im sure the boys at the local tow yard would have been glad to see my car once it arrived. Im sure it would be missing A LOT of things when i got it back.

by the way.....it was the campus police officer.

If anyone out there knows anyone that can help me.....Let me know.....i have a lot of witnesses(Hot girls) that gave me thier number in case i needed some witnesses or something....

I wanna do something about this cop.....I can tell he's crooked.

I can't speak for that school but most colleges have real police asigned to the school. They're not rent a cops, they're real law dogs and they can get you for whatever they can get away with. Of course this guy was just an ass hat. You can file a complaint if you find out what department he's with and you can file a complaint with the school.

i'd go shit on his hood.

Im sure they can get more money outta poor college students as opposed to theifs....

i know where you're talkin about....glass alley, my friends at sac state tell me about it. but thats what happens when people dont wanna pay for the parking permit on campus.

cops should be all over glass alley, but are they? Im sure they would bust SO many people with stolen goods, its not even funny.

But no, they rather bust college students and try to intimidate/humiliate them infront of their peers.

If I ever see that cop without his uniform, off duty, Imma show him how we ride in Galt.

Here in my town, amazingly enough, cops actually do crack down on the thiefs, druggies, bums, anything outta place. Basically anybody that isn't paying taxes in any sort of way. My friend was a police cadet here in town and he told me that the cops were hella cool and actually wanted to make Galt a nicer place, without all the low lifes and deatdbeats.

When we first moved here, it wasnt the greatest town, but I notice a lot of theifs, and druggies have moved to other cities.

I've been pulled over here in my town and the cops have always let me go. My guess is that they wanna find drugs or anything like that.

Cops like that guy that pulled me over give all cops a bad name, when in reality, theres a lot of good cops out there.
