MOPAR hosted drift event and car show in Lathrop on Sunday

This Sunday Dodge is hosting a Car show and drift exhibition at their Lathrop distribution facility.. It looks pretty cool.. Normal car show stuff with a stunt bike demonstration.. break dancers.. skydiving team.. and a rocket man :roll: ... Plus it will feature a Drift exhibition from their own mopar viper and some others.. It looks pretty cool.. Ill be there.

Tickets are $20.00 at the door..

Lathrop is JUST south of Stockton on I5.. You cant miss the Mopar facility.. Itll be on your left as your on the freeway..

hey my parents live like 1 mile from the distribution facilities!! I didnt even know that was going on... well looks like i have plans for sunday..sweet....anyone else going there?? that place is huge its right next to my work( carpenter co.)..let me know who's all going so i can meet the fellow sac dsm'ers..

THose lathrop city council assholes!!! I lived in lathrop and they are dicks!! they even towed my parents 2004 eddie bauer expedition cause they went out of country for 3 weeks and it was on the side road in front of their house for more than 72 hours without moving and on the ticket it said( vehicle inoperable??) c'mon a 2004 eddie baur expedition!!!!! there all a bunch of old no fun fogies that are retired and drive the S.T.A.R.S patrol cars and snitch on everyone!!..sorry im just venting my anger. youll understand if you lived there too!!

Don't worry I just talked to three people that are driving in it and it's looking like they are moving it to Altamont raceway!!!
WOOOOO HOOOOOOOO Nice, lots O walls and big 1/2mile oval drifts!!! Altamont will be WAYYY more entertaining to watch.

How far is that from Sac?

Altamont Raceway is between Livermore and Tracy, about and hour- 1hr. 15min. from Sac. Straght shot South down 1-5 then about a 10-15min. drive down 205 going west.
Is it official that they're moving Sundays events to Altamont? Is there a website for it....? I wanna go... anyone else rolling down?

Yep, its not far at all.
I might go I just have to see what my plans are for Sun.
There are going to be some GOOD drivers out there other than the Sweed!
