    Default Hit~!!

So I am gettin ready to go to work.. and since my Brother-in_Law and I work together and live in the same house we car pool. So I haven't driven the Eclipse for about two weeks to work, and decide what the heck.. I'll take her out today. So we are leavin and he says you sure you wanna drive? I said yeah thats cool man.

Driving to work.. everything cool, we are on 50 west I think, going towards downtown sac... we go to merge onto I-5 North and I notice that traffic is stopped on the bridge.. I slow down, stop.. look in the rearview to make sure the car behind me stops.. he does about a car or two back. So I think everything is cool.. wrong.. I hear the screching of tires.. hear the crack of two cars hitting.. then feel the impact. So.. three car accident.. guy that started it was at fault totally.. he was driving on no license.. in his moms car. My rear bumper is a little banged up.. but nothing a new one couldn't fix not sure if there is any damage beyond that. And besides a some aches and pains in my upper back/neck.. we are cool.

Hehe.. so my baby got hit.. but not bad.

Man that blows. You have uninsured motorists insurance?

Also from my understanding your claim would go against the person that hit you then HIS insurance would sue the guy that hit him so you might not be shafted.

Also see a doc or chairo about your muffed up neck. At least a couple grand for that there.
