    Default Sheriff's Helocopter crashed

    One of the three helo's went down today, two dead one critical.

    It was just cruising around Lake Natoma. The news report says witnesses heard popping noises, then a flame come out of the rotors area. Bad news for the families.

    Now I'm speculating here, but popping noises prior to a crash means it was either shot down with rifles or it was gears or misc. parts flying out and hitting the body. Doing a search, I came up with an FAA service bulletin about that exact helo. All it means is a possibility.

    It will be interesting to see what the NTSB investigation brings.
    If you and I do it, it's called racketeering and extortion... when cops do it, it's called law enforcement.

    aah mr CSI over here

    you should bring that page to the crash site and start acting like you know how to do a real investigation and see what they do.

    sucks bout the chopper though.

    I know EXACTLY what they'd do. They'd recognize my car from Taco Bell and throw my arse out with a ticket for no front plate, tint I don't have, loud exhause I don't have and tresspassing.

    My brother knew both of the guys on it and one of them was one of my brothers groomsmen at his wedding :( His name was Kevin :( Nice guy too :(
