    Default uneven hell street construction

i wondered , since im not driving my low rider mitsu lately how everyone is handling the curve in roseville/ douglas sunrise crossing.. to north sunrise blvd?? the construction area is crazy.

every time i go through there I am in some one elses's car but it looks like a living nightmare of sideways creeping in my car. Are you guys regularly driving over it on saturday nites? or do you re-route to avoid the insane cliff potholes and metal plates everywhere?

I just slow down dramatically. Prob drive around 25 through it :) Might piss off some people behind, but I don't see them paying when the suspension and alignment gets all screwed up :D

I avoid that particular area all together, the construction mess is just part of it. They can't pave a road if their lives depended on it. I'll take one of two routes, either detour off Cirby and take Rocky Ridge up, or 80 and get off the ramp by In and Out.
If you and I do it, it's called racketeering and extortion... when cops do it, it's called law enforcement.

I have yet to get my 'clipse running... but I usually take hazel across. Of course, I live on sierra college and eureka, and the only place I go on the other side of town was my girlfriend's house, and she lived on madison, so I just took hazel to madison. She's currently in LA for the year, so I stick to roseville, or take cirby up if I need to hit sunrise for some reason. Old Auburn is another good route... guess jsut depends on where you're going... I hate the construction area there, so I stay away from it.

that area sucks so bad, i know exactly what you guys are talking about. I'm unsure of what the wheelbase is like for your cars, but for mine, it's lonnnggg.. I go through there at 10 mph, cause it's not worth having my lowered cobra with an even LOWER exhaust scrape on anything... sucks. I usually make a u-turn at antelope or so.

Heh I LIVE on that corner (nothing says love like a piledriver at 7am on a Saturday)

The outside lane isnt that bad currently. The inside line will eat your car. Hope that helps.
