Actually I'm slowly being driven insane finishing my breakin. No boost on forged untill 500, low boost untill 1000. Im at 600 now. No launching yet.

PITA is I ported the exhaust mani and the exhaust side of the 1G head and now the thing tries to boost at 2000rpm in first gear!

Lug lug lug, shift, lug lug lug, shift

When I get the 3 inch exhaust its going to go crazy.

youre kidding right? constant rpm and loads kill new engines.

and im not a big fan of long break in times. i say if its gonna be put through a life of abuse(the given part), get it used to it early in its life so its no big deal come a long time from now. if you break it in all gentle and then just get on it one day, the parts not gonna know what hit it.

supposedly ACT clutches need 500 miles. fuck that. i got mine installed, drove home, parked, and was ripping through the gears later that night. and no problems from mine.
