    Default Nasty Accident

My 18-yr old sister-in-law who lives with my wife and I was in a really bad accident on Sunday night that totaled her Integra. She got t-boned on Broadway and lived to tell about it. She luckily was sitting low and only had on her shoulder belt. The force of the impact crushed in the drivers door and seat and she was pushed over into the passangers side. IF she was sitting close to the wheel like I do and had a full belt or harness on she would probably be dead. She just got out of the hospital last night with some broken ribs, fractured pelvis and a punctured lung.

I went to the tow yard yesterday to take out her stereo, speakers and intake and I can't believe she survived. I will post pics of the car when I get them uploaded. Even the people are the yard thought the worst had happened.

Be safe out there everyone......We buried a friend in Lodi on Friday from a car accident and now this.

Wow, glad to hear she's ok! Sucks when you try to drive extra careful and yet you get owned becuase of some stupid Eeediot not paying any attention. Hope she makes a fast recovery as it sounds like she has been.

I'm really sorry to hear that bro.One of the problems about driving is that people don't really think sometimes, and it's a split second that an accident happens in.No matter how paid you might get if you survive, you'll never get you health back up to 100%,and that my friends is better then any insurance check.Hope your sister n law gets back on her feet in no time.

Hope your sister-in-law gets better soon, too. Get the guy's license revoked, car taken away, and a big lump sum of money for what he did!
