Default The power of a 2.3 4g63 Turbo

These are the rest of the vids of that mean-ass evo rolling around with 600awhp. Notice how all of these are from a roll? Jebuz this guy would OWN from a dig! Man and to think, a 2.3 stroker buildup isn't that hard to make in our cars. Tempting, isn't it?

The first phrase that came to mind after watching the gay mustangs and that Zo6 get beat was

"4G63 - Making V8s look stupid for the last 15 yrs"

Now we won't even talk about how much money it probably took to make that them look stupid though :D

I don't want a WS6 to mod the freak out though, I just want a nice sounding exhaust and that's it. The only V8 I'll ever get and build to be crazy is an LS1.... in a RX7 hahahahah

BTW, the WS6 is out of the picture now anyways. I want another full size truck and after that it's a new boat. The WS6 just doesn't fit into the master plan anymore hehe

nah they go from a roll cause its less strain on both cars drivelines.

i think both drivers knew who would kill from a dig. but the evo guy wanted to make the vette guy look bad on the vettes turf, top end. and he did a pretty dam good job if i say so myself.

and the evo has maybe 10g's into it. so we say 35g for car plus 10g for mods for 600whp, vs a vette which costs about 55k and another 10k in mods for 650hp, and the vette loses.

whatever the cost for the Evo + $550 for the cat back i'm guessing, $50 for a boost controller, $2000 for the 2.3L stroker kit, $600 for cams, $400 for some cam gears, $4349.95 for the turbo setup including:

-AMS 304 SS Thick Wall Tubular header
-Garrett GT-Series Turbo Available with and without ball bearings in a size that suits your application and horsepower expectations
    -SS 3" Tubular O2 housing
    -SS 3" Downpipe
-Tial 38mm Wastegate (circulated back into the downpipe to keep the volume toned down)
-Lightweight 3" or 4" intake pipe with K&N cone filter for either MAF or standalone ECU applications
    -Lightweight Aluminum Lower Intercooler Pipe
-Braided SS Oil Feed and Return Lines
    -Braided Silicone Coolant Lines
    -Slim line fan
    -All necessary hardware and gaskets

and $90 for the walbro fuel pump and $400 for the injectors.

$8474.95 total. "not a bad way to spend $10k". haha. good chunk of change since all of the stuff is still expensive for the Evo.

Single walbro? nope. $50 MBC? nope. FMIC? Stand Alone? Wheels/tires? Suspension? Engine mounts, AFPR, clutch, flywheel, machine work, head work, blah blah blah blah and keep on going. That car has at least 20K into it if not more.
