Thread: finally got a ticket

for my tail lights.... it sucked cause when he pulled me over, there were about 3 cars reving their engines getting ready to race. all the cop did was sit there and watch them, they peel out and take off. i was hoping he would go chase after them but he just continued to write my ticket.

Only a matter of time untill you received a ticket :) Made your lights very hard to see :P

lol i dont have to take it off cause ill just get it signed off during the day... the cop thought it mightve been the tint, but he got closer and said they were out, but my brake lights worked though. he was really cool about it

they are blacked out. like really really dark.you cant see my running lights but you can see my brake lights though.

Damn, thats what I was afraid of. I got blackouts on my tail lights as too. Every time a cop is behind me I turn my lights on and tap my break so he can see my brake lights are still visible. I'm sure I'll get a ticket sooner or later as well... :roll:

he was really cool about it though. he said my brake lights work fine, it was just my running lights. he asked if i was wiring stuff and i may have accidently shorted something out.

so i got pulled over again tonight for my tail lights. but he let me go though. guess i really do have to change them

lol. your gonna catch up to me. I have been pulled over 4 or 5 times so far this year :) it's sad when you lose count...

lol im up to 6 this year with about 4 fix it tickets already.
