    Default rear-end pics

does anybody have any good pictures of a naked 2g from the back and sides that I can use as reference for my bodywork? You can see my progress in the gallery, or on my gallery http://www.candiweb.com/gallery/The-GSX

My gallery has 1600x1200 pictures, so they're higher detail than the 640x480 counterparts I've uploaded here (due to space constraints) but I'd say I've gotten a lot of work done so far... and only have a shitload more to do... but a lot of it now will be moving the metal around enough to get stuff to bolt up right - for comparison's sake

Straight off the trailer, minus the plastics-

After many meaningful hours of cussing and banging

But I really need some better reference photos of what it *should* look like once I'm done beating on it, fortunately the drivers side was undamaged, so that's a good start of reference, but if anybody has any pictures like these, or side views, of an undamaged 2g, that would help a lot.

Yikes, what are you going to do with the passenger side quarter panel?

Dunno if this helps or not. This was originally from this article on DSMTuners about a 2gb body conversion. Links are busted, but I snagged this pic off the waybackmachine. You might see if he has more pics.

Thanks man. The quarter panel..... hmm.... don't really want to even look at the quarter yet... really hoping I can get a spyder and just make myself a spyder GSX... not many of them around, and I always did dig the drop top... but if I can't, at least I'll have the body of this one in somewhat decent shape so I can putter around... I've got some body tools to work with, so I just gotta keep on working the metal...
