    Default just checking in

Been a while since I've posted here now that I've moved back to Washington, just thought I'd let you guys know whats going on with me. I moved home and had some job interviews and ended up with job offers at every dealership I interviewed at. I took a job at a smaller Lincoln/Mercury/Mazda/Jeep dealership, found an apartment and I'm loving living up here in Bellingham, WA and the job is good too. Here's one of my jobs right now:

I was told to replace the fuel sender on this Ranger as was diagnosed by the "big experienced Ford guy" in the shop. Replaced it and didn't fix the problem (fuel level gauge reading full all the time). They decided to let me diagnose it myself so I narrowed it down to the instrument cluster module. Just waiting on the part now and I hopefully I got it right, it would look really good for me if I was able to diagnose this thing that the 20 year veteran diagnosed wrong. :D

I was supposed to be a lube tech for a couple months first but they're already putting me on other jobs and I only do an occasional oil change now.

PS. The Laser runs 10x better in WA with our cool dense air and 92 octane :)

    I know what's wrong with it... it's a Ford

Congrats on the new job. I moved up to WA too but I'm on the dry side. I miss everyone in CA like you wouldn't believe, especially after living there for 20 years but couldn't stand to live there again. WA is awesome for now...
