Default Looking for a reliable mechanic or shop to fix my car

    Hello all.

I have a 90 Talon AWD that needs some work done on it. It's been sitting in my driveway waiting for me to fix it for 6 months or so... I simply do not have the time (or proper motivation) to actually do it myself.

I'm looking for someone who knows what they are doing or a shop around Sacramento that isn't full of con men. Can someone please suggest a place for me? I need to have the turbo replaced (I already have the turbo) and the axles need to be replaced as well.

    Thanks for your input,
    Nick

While you're at it Savo, since your a mechanic, you can fix my 1G...it needs a new head, a new short block, the synchros and forks replaced, turbo seals... oh yeah, and the muffler bearings :) You CAN fix muffler bearings, can't you?

You have a pass because you have $$$ and enough brains to know when you are in over your head and that buying the best shit does pay off in the end.

    Thanks. I appreciate the pass.

Old Dirty is the best that I know of in fixing DSM's but I believe he may have retired from them. Most certainly retired working on 2g's so you may have a chance if you ask him nicely.

Yea no more DSM's for me

Save for the 2000 Diamante I just picked up but those were built in Australia and DONT BREAK they are like the UN-Mitsubishis

There is NO money to be made in the hot rod import buisness unless you just sell parts and alot of them.
