Ah, the art of confusion.

Yah i cancelled the shit outta my verizion.. 1600 bucks in phonebills over 6 months for going over my minutes ang getting pro-rated..

I had only a 400 minute a month plan at the time cause i didnt use my cell much at all..
If you go over 400 minutes verizon pro-rates it.. Meaning they divide the 400 minutes by the number of days in the month and bill you for each minute you exceed each days allotment..


SO 400 minutes a month is 12 minutes a day.. Any day I went over 12 minutes i was billed 45 cents a minute over 12.. So for 421 minutes one month i was billed over 170 dollars in overage fees because The minutes were all used up over a few days of heavy phone useage..

Yah.. So i called up to upgrade my plan one month.. They said.. Well sir youve used up 350(ish) minutes already this month and this is only the second week so we would have to pro rate you for those days and you would have to pay some 150 bux in overage charges AND the new contract for 800 minutes would be cut in half to 400 minutes AND I ALREADY WOULD HAVE USED UP SOME RETARDED PORTION OF THOSE MINUTES AS WELL.. I complained.. After 30 minutes they offered me a 25 dollar credit.. I literally said "F-You.. cancel my contract.. Ill pay the early termination RIGHT NOW.." They said.. Well if you do that you would still be responsible for the 150 bux in overages because of the pro-rating. So i hung up on them.. Waited till the last day of the month and didnt use my phone at all. Then Called back and paid the early termination fee..

F- Verizon.. Anyone who uses verizon is an inbred retard..
