The Douglas they are talking about is the strech from Grant Line to Sunrise here in Rancho, is you make a left at the next light after My shop go straight for about 2 miles and bam there you are!
I like base tuning on that street because there is not any turnouts for someone to pull out in front of you, so it is much safer than say Sunrise.

I went all the way down South Watt, near all the warehouses before you hit Elk-Grove-Florin just to check out the races but I didn't find any. They stop having them there? Anyone know?

We had permission to drift out there a few months ago, now cops are everywhere because some punk 16 year old kid kid in his mom's 18 second Accord shot up another 16 year old kids girlfriend because he lost to some one in a 17.5 second Civic (its horrible that kind of thing happend), they were probally friends with the punks that got into a "gang" fight at Sacramento raceway a few weeks back because their crewz wazzz mezin wit one of their boyezz!!

People need to get over the fact that they DON'T have the fastest car out there!!!!
