Thread: Rant

Sooo... I called up M & S Recycling thinking to myself, Hey! If I can find a spyder there with minimal damage (maybe front end only) I could have myself an AWD spyder in a week's time... so I'm on the phone with the chick that answered the phone, and she's not being very helpful (other than telling me that their business is to buy cars to part out, not to sell cars for parts) and now I need to know where else I can go to find a spyder really cheap. I'm not looking for something perfect, doesn't even need a motor, I've got an engine, transmission, entire driveline including transfercase, I've got most of the interior (need guages) all I need is a convertible shell to put all my schitt in!

Anybody?

- Sorry bout the profanity... just had gotten off the phone and was a little irritated... cause I don't care if the car's stripped, as long as it's got a fairly straight body.

I told ya to talk to me, we still don't have anything clean in stock, the last spyder we got in was wasted.

Yea, I shoulda, but I had just woke up (work nights) and was going to call down there and get a basic idea of how much it'll cost me so I knew what I needed to save before I went down, and she was completely useless... Anyway, as long as the frame's in good shape, I've got a full '95 GSX with rear-end damage... I think I posted some pics at some point, but I've got a good set of front fenders, a nice front bumper, good hood... all my interior's good... so, I'm really just looking for a shell... I do appreciate the update though, just lemme know when something usable comes in. And next time I call I'll remember to ask for you... shouldn't be hard to remember, after all you've got my name ;o)
