Default my waste of space post..i know..BUT its important to me.

On Sunday, one of them emailed me and so i said what the hell and sent in an application to be reviewed. Well around 10pm tonight, I got word back from them and was offered 16 sponsorships (only a few full ones though; mainly just majorly discounted prices on products) and i was told an additional 4 are still thinking about it.

So what does all my jibberish mean? It means that now, I'm definitely not selling the car, at least not for a year from today. So hopefully im making the right choice and i can make some serious progress on 'the RS Project' this year.

This was my space-wasting announcement lol. had to put it all out there.[/code]

I'm sure you read about it, but don't fall for one of those sponsership.com type places where they want you to pay a certain "tax deductible" fee to get your sponership rolling. TOTAL CON JOB!

I'm sorry to hear about the wreck. I know how you feel, I was rear ended in a 4 car pile up like that 3 days after I had just bought a 2005 WRX 2 years ago. It was almost enough to be totaled but not quite. I had to wait 3 1/2 months for my brand new car :( I was very depressed to say the least.

Hopefully your frame is ok and you'll just end up with some newly painted body parts and probably some new stuff

oh yeah man. im totally aware of that. they want you to pay like 90 bucks for possible sponsorships...but what happened was i ran into some guy who works for Auto Air Colors and we talked for a while, he checked out my car, and i told him some of my plans for the car. He actually offered to sponsor me, and i told him i wanted to sell the car so i gave him my email and cell number, and told him i'd think about it. the next week he emailed me and i accepted and that got me a free profile and what not with carsponsors.com - which i still think is a bunch of crap. but anyways i ended up getting a few REAL sponsorships and a lot of "quasi" aka fake sponsorships.
