I'm guessing they were cars that were caught street racing in busy areas. I doubt they'd be dumb enough to crush cars that are simply modified but still following traffic laws. Just a guess :D

I agree with Lee.... It's all fine until they crush a wrong persons car and the officer gets killed by the car owner whos car was crushed...
