    Default GS-T totalled...

My car got hit in our parking lot last week. I got the estimate back for repair and it's $3800... My car's blue book is $4100 so my adjuster said it'll be totalled, just waiting to get through the lengthy process. It's been fun but it's time to move onto something new now.

Wow, sorry to hear about the accident Adam. Must be really badly damaged. At least you'll get the insurance money for it. Is there anything that can be salvaged?

For sure, I'm going to buy it back. Yea, alot of stuff can be salvaged. It was just damage to the driver side door, and quarter panel all the way to the taillight. It also misaligned my hatch and rear bumper.

Sorry for your loss bro. Sucks that people can take away your pride and efforts with their stupidity in a snap. Any idea what your going to move onto?

    Thanks guys..

    Either a 97-98 240 or a 98-01 2.5rs. Whichever I can find a better deal on first.

    98-01 2.5rs.
I would definetly skip on the 99-01 2.5rs (96-98 still had the skyline wannabe front). Slow, OBD2, and HEAVY! You'll save huge amounts if you just went with a 93-95L since it's all the same from 93-01. Benefits = cheaper, lighter, OBD1, family L sedan insurance. Just an FYI since I own an L...that's an RS....that's an STi...but not quite lol. Or if your just getting it cuz your a family man now and don't want to deal with modding or sourcing the body trim...I 'gueesssss' you can get the more expensive 99-01, but you'll never hear the end of it from me when we cruise :)
