Wow...that's just wrong! Paying them and they cheat the customers! OUTRAGEOUS!!! :evil: Not all of those places are crooked but those that are make the rest of them and mechanics in general look bad.

took mine to econo lube like 3 years ago...when they changed the oil filter, they forgot to take off the little rubbery part, causing my motor to seize. then they tried blaming it on us.

i work at jiffy lube for 1 year now, and to be 100% honest with you, the people that try to talk to you SERVICE ADVISOR (my job) will sometimes sell you stuff you dont actually need. Ill admit to that, but as for not doing the stuff, i always make sure that the customers i get get their stuff done, sometimes the people doing the job will try to pull a fast one and not change shit, but i check them on shgit like that, its not worth it. but as for those lube shops it happens everywhere. not only jiffy, jiffy just has a bigger name.
