ill be down there next month. i had to yank the convertor cause it developed a pinhole leak. im sending it off tomorrow along with my throttle body to get fixed (bad shaft seals). ill definitely have it down there next month though.

Most impressive! Makes me wish I kept my 2.4 beast. Ah well, maybe some years down the line. Can't wait to see it in person.

yeah its buschurs convertor. if i had to do it all over again i would have gotten a custom one made though. this is the second time ive had to send it back for leaks. yeah its got a transbrake after this ill never race without a brake again yeah i do have to smog it but only for the 73 year. with the fuel injection on it i bet i could get it to pass on leaded gas

Why smog, Oh you live in NV right??

Yea you could have a Art Carr converter built for about the same price and only have to rnr the trans once

You might want to get some wheelie bars :D 25psi on a brake is going to Fing leave!!!

i dont think ill need wheelie bars cause of the way the car leaves. if it transferred alot then id think about it but that whole lifting thing moves it forward as opposed to upwards.

can't wait to see it run for real... let us know when you're heading down, I'll try and get out and watch. (cause I know I won't have my car running, stupid evil, never know what I'm going to need next car!)
