Thread: Anybody want to paintball this weekend?

It's supposed to be nice out and I'm going to go play some paintball. Anybody interested in going? It'll be a good get together for us since we haven't had a meet in a while. Plus it'll give us an excuse to shoot each other.

Saturdays we normally order pizza at the field and we can chip in for some grub. Let me know if anybody is interested.

oh and we have rentals at the field.

high pressure is SUPER easy man. easier than doing Co2.

well, I dont have any paintball supplies at all. I've never played paintball ever in my life, but I'd like to give it a try.

What would I need to be able to participate and how much is it to play there?

Would I be welcome there or is this a military invite only?

yea come on out man. meet me at my place at 8:30am. we play from 9am to 4pm.
it's $20 for gun, mask, hopper, air, and 100 paintballs.
you can get air and paint at the field too incase you run out.

I get a feeling 100 paintballs will not be enough. How much do they sell the paintballs for?

Do paintballs hurt?

2000 paintballs for $30-35 can't remember which. that will last you the whole day.
air is $3, but they also have an all day air pass which i think is like $8 or something. that's if you shoot a LOT.

and paintballs only hurt depending on how close the person is to you (point blank...). maximum FPS is 285.00 on the field which is 194.3182mph.
you'll more than likely get some welts if you take a close shot. otherwise i don't think they hurt IMO.

here's the rental plan for you guys who are interested.

you're all over 18 so you don't need a parent. just bring your ID.

$20 gets you Mask, Hopper, Marker and Air + 100 paintballs. The guns are Tippman 98 Customs.
That's the basic package. There are other options too. Compare this to other fields, and it's freaking cheap.

Plus it's a good time.

Urban warfare setting in the abandoned housing area of the base. You can use trees, bunkers, fences, houses and carports as cover. no climbing onto roof tops though.
the ONLY exception to that is when we play a game called President. The president can hide ANYWHERE on the field.
