    Default window tint ticket again

ok so this was kinda weird to me.... my windows are 40% tint, which is bascially see through and a waste of money. its still tint and yeah i got the ticket and dont care. im used to it.

but when the cop asked for my info he didnt ask for insurance, asked if my car was stock and i said yes (most cops never believe you) and when he gave me the ticket i didnt sign anything. it said "owners responsibilty"

can they do that or am i suppose to sign the ticket?

i think you pretty much need to sign it? at least in OK you do... i'm not too keen on CA laws.

In CA, you have to. But maybe they've got a new system were they ticket the car and it has nothing to do with the driver. And if the owner doesn't take care of it, the car is impounded. Doesn't sound legal to me, but I'd believe anything coming out of CA.

They should have a # on the ticket to call and I would recommend doing that before suddenly you have a warrant ;)
