Thread: Free music tones anyone?

Here is a trick that a friend showed me, Instead of paying $2.99 per song for music tones, go to walmart.com (might work with other sites like cdnow but im not sure) find a song you like then right click, hit properties, highlight the address of the song and hit ctrl + C, send your phone a text message or instant message from your computer (if you're not sure how just manually type the address on your phones internet "browser" ) (bring up the songs address by pressing ctrl + V i know you should all know how ccp is used , but incase some dont 8) ) then when you get the message on your phone there should be like an extra options type of button that will say: "delete, mark, reply, ect.." and pick the one that says "go to" and the song will start downloading. Yet another form of getting "free" music. :P And you get 30 second songs instead of 10 or 11 secong songs. ( it does cost the price of an instant message)

I just use my brothers 3gupload account.

walmart is the only place i can find with the mp3 .. but its EDITED! bah!!!

It didnt work on my sisters phone either, she has Tmobil, but so does the guy that showed me the trick and his works. Maybe it dosen't work for some phones? :? Ands to send it to your phone I use my aol instant messanger, just type to +1(area code here)Phone number here. So it shoul be something like: +12095556185 then send.
