Default why do i keep on getting screwed by dsmtuners

hey it seems like everytime i make a deal with someone on the dsmtuners.com they never get their end done. just recently i payed a guy for a fmic and he kept on saying he was gonna send it now he just wont answer me, a couple of months ago the same thing but iwth a turn signal, and the list goes on, i have so many open claims on my paypal thing i'm thinking of never using the tuners site again, and paypal doesn't help either, they just say that they are waiting for the person to put funds in their accounts to pay me back.... yea like that is going to happen, why pay when you dont have to. i hate tuners man.

I don't post there and don't deal there. That site is the demise of the DSM community.

Good luck with your claims. Sometimes they just take a while and you'll get somethig back.

i talked to a rep at paypal and she said that the only thing i can do other than filing a claim tyhere is to take them to small claims court. but that seems like a huge hassle and i dont know if that is a good idea. what do you guys think

How much did you pay for the fmic and how much would it cost you to take it to court? Will you get reimbursed for the fees to take it to court, too? I would do it to get back at the seller and get back the money that's yours, but if the court fees are too much then I would consider just filing a claim with paypal.
