    Default RATS!!!

Ok I have a RAT problem in my Garage, and getting to the point to where they are smart little bastards,

They will chew a hole in a gallon of laundry soap before they will touch the peanut butter on the traps,

I have tried putting a piece of cheese on a string suspended over a garbage can full of water,

Those sticky traps don't work for SH^&

tried dog food and peanut butter,

all the dog food is kept in the house.

unless they are eating the new harness for my 90 TSi!!!!!!!

today I am going to go get those little poison cubes and put them all over, but then they wil die in my ceiling somewhere and stink up my house, so that might not be the best bet.

I need some advice........and no I'm not going to pepper up my garage with small game shot......all though the thought has crossed my mind!! HAHA

we used that poison before and it worked well but like you said they do die and it smells and then it forms maggots which forms flies which eventually die but the smell and annoyance is rather harsh :)

Whoa, I'm gonna keep a watch on Shane on the radar...

The poison though is actually supposed to make them when dying seek an open area. We have used poison on mice before and they would just die underneath a car or on the carpet.

why don't you just patch up all of the holes that are allowing them to enter the garage?

Go down to your local ASPCA and get a couple hungry cats... throw them in your garage and don't feed the cats!!!

Well the traps were not working, they were set off but no rat....... so what did I do... tigwelded a piece of sharp copper to the rail then set it....two days later.....big mess not doing that again
oh rats are like chickens, if you catch my drift! HAHA

I patched the holes, they get in through the dog door.
