Hey Manny what parts did you need to put up 6 bolt in your 2g?(besides thermostat housing, water pipe, 2g oil pan, 2g intake manifold, motor mount brackets)
Hey Manny what parts did you need to put up 6 bolt in your 2g?(besides thermostat housing, water pipe, 2g oil pan, 2g intake manifold, motor mount brackets)
this is from the Slowboy website
6 bolt Water Pipe
6 bolt thermostat housing
6 bolt water outlet
6 bolt water line (filter to water pipe)
6 bolt turbo water lines
6 bolt oil filter housing
6 bolt oil pan
6 bolt oil pick up
6 bolt cam angle sensor (will need rewired)
6 bolt rear main seal
6 bolt timing belt tension arm
1g Intake Manifold
1g Coil Pack
6 bolt timing belt cover
6 bolt water pump
6 bolt flywheel
6 bolt front cover
6 bolt timing tensioner
6 bolt trigger plate
7 bolt front motor mount
2g counter weight on the shifter
pick n' pull is good for that :) you can also modify certain parts from the 2g for some of it. that's what Miah did anyways.

You have to hack up the 2g driver side motor mount as well as cut the 2g shifter weight off. You will need the 1g oil filter houseing and perferably the 89-90 oil cooler. If you get a 89-90 oil cooler and your turbo is only oil cooled, you can do what I did and get a nice clean 89-94 N/A water pipe as well as the N/A thermostat housing, without the extra nipples for the turbo or oil filter housing. Makes for a really nice and easy install. You will need the lower radiator pipe from a 1g as well. On a final note, you will need to hack up the lower timing belt cover for a 1g, so that you can time your motor correctly. It will need to be 5 btdc. Also there is no ground to time the motor correctly, so the way I did it was to pull the engine fuse so it doesn't start, and just turn the motor to see where timing was. I think it's the only way to set timing on a 2g with a 1g CAS.
Thanks Manny :D
