while some of you may argue the accuracy of this,we can also argue on the accuracy of dynos since most of them wont give out the same numbers even with similar conditions.what do you guys think?

While most dynos may not be entirely accurate, they do measure the power from an accurate source. No matter how accurate this PDA is, I doubt it will never be anywhere as good, if even close to the actual numbers. It is only using data from the OBDII port and just estimating what the power is. Pointless waste of money in my opinion.

DSMLink has the same function. Only thing good about it is if you use it in the same exact place in the same exact conditions, you'll have a good idea of power gains from a different tune or part.

Uh...I have Dsm Dyno on my palm and I got it for free :) It's freeware. But Dan and Lee are correct. It should primarily be used as a tuning device to see if your adjustments have netted you any gains, not to go around telling everyone you have 600whp based on this palm which doesn't have the same corrections as an actual dyno LOL

ill second that. its nice after doing one log, to see your airflow and hp/tq, then to tune a bit more and see a gain of a few lbs/min and a nice gain in hp/tq.

yeah it just seemed neat at the time, especially us awd guys that can't take advantage of dyno days.but even neater is the dsm dyno thats free!I got a gtech too,but i barely get to use it,you gottta do at wot pulls, and try not to get ulled over all at the same time.last time I tried it i got like 238 whp on current mods with the boost creeping to abuot 14psi.
