Thread: Speed?

IMO 128 on a city street is wreckless, but on a freeway not as dangerous (well on clear roads).

dam, about time the law gets upheld the way it is transcribed. i can see reckless driving/endangerment is he was doing 128 in rush hour traffic, but it sounds like a rural highway in the middle of bumfuck nowhere nebraska. now im betting theyll try to change it to include excessive speeding as recless driving now. least it wasnt in cali, where a simple chirp of tires or light smokeshow is reckless driving, ask BoostedAWD. doing 360's in a 4 lane country road with a brick wall on either sides at 2 in the morning is reckless endangerment. yeah, cause so many people are just out and about at that time :roll:

and the cop trying to make the case "b b bu but what if a deer came out". guess he had to use a last resort excuse to try to make the law work for him instead of the people. if a deer hit him, oh well, hed prolly die and you wouldnt have a court date to attend buddy.
