They dropship too, and thought a 9 dollar refund was worth the two weeks + of waiting for it. Sad part is they sent me an email right after I paid saying my item had shipped...cept they drop ship and don't know shit.
I'm building that one for my father-in-law and with some KILLER sales on certain parts right now, I got away with $679!!! I couldn't believe that price. I almost ordered two of everything so I could build one myself haha.
It's all RRA parts, internals and all (the company that has the DEA/FBI contract). Midlength gas system rather than the slightly shorter carbine system. Chrome lined chamber and bore, heavy barrel. A2 stock for the retro feel. He was in the Army and likes the solid stock.
I can build the same thing with collapsible (M4) butt stock, gov profile chrome barrel, and carbine gas system (shorter hand guards) for the same price right now. That would basically be the exact same rifle as the military M4 but without the 3 round burst of course :)

I just can't deliver it to CA. Goddamn assault weapon ban!!! It's not illegal for me to sell it to you out of state though. It is illegal for you to bring it back to CA. You'd just have to keep it on the down low like the half a million people in CA who have illegal assault weapons lol. When the ban started, something like 250,000 assault weapons just disappeared without a trace... imagine that!
