I did a huge report on Jamaica for a psychology class I had not to long ago. Nice place to live if you have money and stay near the tourist areas in the north/northwestern part of the island. Go to Kingston if you really want to see the heart of Jamaica, full of poverty, lack of running water/electricity etc. :) They are also number #2 in the world for exporting Marijuana, yet it is illegal to grow/have/sale there.

Shane - We drove through about 60 miles of the island to the resortand we are on the south part of the island in Whitehouse. Saw a lot of wealth and a lot of poverty on the way here. They have Mitsu SUV's here and EVO VI's..........One of the water sports guys here has a yellow one and another employee has a a white one. I really like the look of the VI and I will try to go tomorrow and snap some shots.
I miss my EVO, my Porsche and my dog though..........
