What type of grease would be best for the throw out bearing? Finally got my clutch and pressure plate. Now I just need a throwout bearing and some grease for it.

Wheel bearing grease works fine, even better if it's synthetic. Get the OEM plastic lined throw out bearing from the dealer ~$40.

The ACT kits have come with a plastic lined TOB for a while now. They work just fine.
